During these unusual times surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that we will continue to service your bonding needs as we have for the past 25 years. Our commitment to delivering the service you have come to expect from us continues. Our team hasn’t missed a beat, even as we move to a primarily work-from-home scenario. In our effort to help meet the humanitarian goal of conquering COVID-19, we have implemented many of the protocols suggested by several of the health and governmental agencies.We have started a work-from-home policy for all employees who are able to conduct business remotely. We will reevaluate this on a weekly basis. Consequently, our offices and staff are not available for in-person meetings; however, they are all available by email, phone, and text. Should you have any in-person meetings scheduled with our team, please expect that we will be reaching out to make other arrangements.

We believe these steps are in the best interest of our clients and business partners and the broader community. Our Pinnacle/Allied operations are fully functioning as usual. We will continue to closely monitor and evaluate the situation along with the CDC’s updates and adjust our guidance and actions accordingly. While we are transitioning to staff working from home, in the event that you experience any challenges with business as usual, please bring it to my attention directly: so we can get it addressed immediately.
